Part of Rick’s work in park design. The goal for the 3.5-acre site was a park that would serve the needs of more than 40 festivals throughout the year – from Greek Fest to Rib Fest to Black Arts Fest to Irish Fest -to serve the public the rest of the year as a park and a focal point for the city, and to be in harmony with the existing 1880s-1920s character of the downtown.
